Kazakh youths present their projects to Nursultan Nazarbayev

The Nur Alem pavilion on the territory of EXPO-2017 involving the Head of State was a venue of a solemn opening ceremony of the Year of Young Persons "Generations of independence".

Head of the "WikiBilim" public fund Rauan Kenzhekhanuly has told the President on a new method of online courses based on the Astana University, which will be opened in the nearest future.

The online courses designed using new textbooks ca be the basis of a new format education project – an open university "Astana" that will be another key and specific result of the Rukhani Zhangyru programme. The open university’s platform, connecting the possibilities of new technologies, education tasks, creates an innovation basis for quality education and its accessibility. The idea of an open university is based on a widely spread concept of remote training and massive open online courses. These courses’ methodology and technique aim at personalizing training, that is everyone get an education in accordance with his/her needs at any convenient time, place and pace," said Rauan Kenzhekhanuly.


The Yuframe vine project’s member Rasul Abdullayev talked about the Yuframe creative team which is the largest internet project in the country, with 4.1 million subscribers and weekly 20 million screenings of world-level Kazakh content.

We wish to stun the whole world with our creativity. During the first year of our work, we have created a successful network of restaurants Yuframe-burger. In the next five years, we plan to open over 100 same restaurants," said Rasul Abdudllayev.


Note, the year 2019 was announced the Year of Young Persons by the decree of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
