Kazakhstan calls upon West and Russia to refuse mutual reproaches and to start negotiations on the situation in South Ossetia

Astana. September 2. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan called upon the western countries and Russia to refuse from mutual reproaches and to start negotiations on the situation in the Republic of South Ossetia. The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, stated today during opening of the second parliamentary session of the fourth convocation, the agency reports.

"We call upon the western countries and Russia to refuse from mutual reproaches and threats and to start negotiations for stabilization of the situation on the basis of superiority of the basic principles of the international law," N. Nazarbayev said.
