Kazakhstan expects the visits of high ranking representatives of Kuwait, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Astana. February 13. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan expects the visits of high ranking representatives of Kuwait, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

"Kazakhstan expects the visits of Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber As-Sabah, the Prime Minister of the State Kuwait Sheikh Naser Al-Muhammad Al-Ahmad As-Sabah and the chairman of the administration of Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Naser As-Sabah," MFA press service informs.

"The main questions of the agenda of the Kazakhstan-Kuwaiti relations at the present stage are joining of Kuwait of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs processes and the activity of the Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions and the issues of activization of trade and economic and investment cooperation," the document states.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the visit of Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Yermekbayev to the State Kuwait took place on February 10, 2008.

"During the visit the Kazakhstan diplomat held the meeting with Vice Prime Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State Kuwait Sheikh Muhammad Sabah as-Salim as-Sabah and invited him to the forum of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs Common World: progress through variety planned for fall of 2008 in Astana," MFA informs.

During the meeting a broad range of questions of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Kuwait in various spheres and the course of preparation for the visits at the highest level was discussed.
