The Kazakhstan government confirmed the state services standards, the agency reports citing the government's decree of December 15, 2009 №2121, published today in the official mass media.

Almaty. February 2. Kazakhstan Today - The Kazakhstan government confirmed the state services standards, the agency reports citing the government's decree of December 15, 2009 №2121, published today in the official mass media.

In particular, according to Tax Code and Other Obligatory Payments to the budget, the size of state tax has been established: for marriage registration and divorce, registration of change of a surname, a name, a patronymic name, and adoption of children by foreigners.

According to the decree, the participants of the Great Patriotic War and the people awarded with rewards and medals of the former USSR for self-denying work and faultless military service during the Great Patriotic War, invalids and also one of the parents of a disabled person, trustees, some organizations involved in registration and issue of birth certificates are exempt from state tax payment.
