Kazakhstan PM, Kyrgyzstan parliamentary delegation discussed questions of cooperation of two countries

Astana. June 8. Kazakhstan Today - Today the Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Masimov met the Kyrgyzstan parliamentary delegation headed by the Chairman of zhogorku kenesh Marat Sultanov in Astana. During the negotiations the parties discussed the questions of bilateral Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan cooperation, the Kazakhstan PM's press service informed.

"The interlocutors noted progressive growth of commodity turnover between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, which in 2006 made $406.6 million."

During the meeting the questions of functioning of hydro-power complex, labor migration, creation of the international centers of frontier cooperation, development of transport sphere and realization of investment projects have been considered.
