Kazakhstan President conferred high military ranks to security and law-enforcement chairmen

Today on the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev conferred high military ranks to the chairmen of security and law-enforcement departments of the Republic, the agency reports.

In particular, Bulat Kirgizbayev, the military rank General-Major was conferred to the chairman of the central administrative investigation department of KNB boundary service, Vladimir Kozak, the vice chairman of the committee of internal armies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vice Minister of Emergency Valery Petrov, deputy chairman of president's guards service Anuar Sadykulov, the chairman of the staff of regional command Astana Vasily Rysbaev and the chairman of the staff of regional command Vostok.

The special rank of General-Major of police has been conferred to the chairmen of the Departments of Internal Affairs of the Eastern Kazakhstan and Pavlodar oblasts - Armand Dzhalmahanbetov and Kanat Tuksaitov.

The chairman of the Committee of executive criminal system Meyram Ayubayev has been conferred special rank of General-Major of Justice.

The first Assistant General Public Prosecutor of Kazakhstan Iogann Mercel and the Public Prosecutor of Mangistau oblast Askar Dusekenov have been conferred the rank of the State Adviser of Justice of the 3rd class.

"I congratulate you with all my heart on these high military ranks that you deserve. Today is an estimation of your work," N. Nazarbayev said addressing the representatives of security and law-enforcement structures."
