Kazakhstan President received congratulations on 10 anniversary of Astana from state leaders and international organizations

Nazarbayev received congratulations from the President of the USA George Bush, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, the President of Montenegro Philip Vuyanovich, UNESCO General Director Koitiro Matsuura, Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations - Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) Executive Secretary Noeleen Heyzer, the Speaker of Parliament of the Republic of Singapore Abdulla Tarmugi, the President of US National Institute of Democracy Kenneth Wollack, ex-State Secretary of the USA Madeleine K. Albright, ConocoPhillips CEO Jim Mulva and others.

The message of the US President George Bush states: "On behalf of the United States allow me to congratulate you and the people of Kazakhstan from the bottom of my heart on 10-year anniversary of Astana. Your breathtaking vision of the capital, hard work, and hopes of Kazakhstan people were embodied in reality," the press service informs.
