Kazakhstan Prime Minister spoke in support for EU initiatives on development of southern direction of oil transportation

Kazakhstan Prime Minister, Karim Masimov, spoke in support for the EU initiatives on development of the southern direction of oil transportation during the meeting of the Kazakhstan Prime Minister with the EU delegation headed by the EU Special Representative for Central Asia, Pierre Morel on Friday, the agency reports referring to the press service of Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

Almaty. July 28. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan Prime Minister, Karim Masimov, spoke in support for the EU initiatives on development of the southern direction of oil transportation during the meeting of the Kazakhstan Prime Minister with the EU delegation headed by the EU Special Representative for Central Asia, Pierre Morel on Friday, the agency reports referring to the press service of Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, K. Masimov confirmed commitment of Kazakhstan to multivector policy in the field of transportation of power resources.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed a broad range of questions on further cooperation development between Kazakhstan and the EU and exchanged opinions on regional energy cooperation.

Discussing succession of events on realization of Kashagan project, K. Masimov informed that the compromise on all issues was reached.

Pierre Morel expressed his opinion on key role of Kazakhstan in promotion of the projects directed at development of additional corridors for export of hydrocarbon raw materials.
