Kazakhstan Prime Minister visited Shymkent

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, paid a short working visit to Shymkent in the second half of the day on Monday, the agency reports.

Shymkent. October 21. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, paid a short working visit to Shymkent in the second half of the day on Monday, the agency reports.

At the airport of Shymkent K. Masimov held the meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Ben Sultan Al Nahayan. The meeting passed behind closed doors. The interlocutors discussed the course of realization of the contract of the leaders of two states: Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates - in trade and economic sphere, in particular, in joint realization of investment projects."

K. Masimov expressed gratitude to the leadership of Arab Emirates for assistance in realization of some important projects.

After the meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates the Prime Minister familiarized with the presentation of the construction objects carried out in Shymkent and met the chairmen of civil engineering firms.

In the end of the visit, K. Masimov visited a hothouse built by Open Company Asia Trade based on the Israeli technology and gave a short interview.

"We arrived in the south of Kazakhstan to see how the President's assignments are being realized, to see how the national holdings work, and the results of their work. I am satisfied with what I have seen in the Southern Kazakhstan," the Prime Minister said.
