Kazakhstan Ready to Increase Grain and Fertiliser Exports to Cambodia
Kazakhstan is ready to increase exports of grain, fertilisers and other agricultural products to Cambodia, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said during a meeting with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, according to the presidential press service, Akorda.

Tokayev also noted that Kazakhstan, which ranks among the top 24 countries in the UN E-Government Development Index, is prepared to share its expertise in advanced technologies.

The head of state said Kazakhstan highly values its partnership with Cambodia, which is built on strong ties of friendship and mutual respect. He stressed that there is considerable potential to inject fresh momentum into bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

The two leaders also exchanged views on cooperation within global and regional organisations. Tokayev thanked Cambodia for supporting the activities of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) and briefed the prime minister on Astana's initiative to establish an International Water Organization under the auspices of the United Nations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Hun Manet invited the Kazakh president to pay a visit to Cambodia at a time convenient for him.
