"We, the members of Parliament of Kazakhstan, welcome the last agreements between European Union and the Russian Federation, including the decision on sending 200 international monitors to Georgia and we call upon all the interested parties to realize all these agreements without any tentative conditions," K. Tokayev said.

As for the territorial integrity of the states, Kazakhstan Speaker of the Senate noted that Kazakhstan has always supported the right of people to self-determination and this policy will be continued." He emphasized that the international community needs to pay attention to interethnic mutual relations and refugee problems. In this connection, the Speaker of the Senate reminded that Kazakhstan has always considered interethnic questions as priority objectives."
