Majilis passed amendments to Law to Counteraction to Terrorism

Today, at the plenary session, the deputies of Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed in the second reading the bill on the amendments and additions to the acts of Kazakhstan on counteraction to terrorism, the agency reports.

Astana. October 28. Kazakhstan Today - Today, at the plenary session, the deputies of Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed in the second reading the bill on the amendments and additions to the acts of Kazakhstan on counteraction to terrorism, the agency reports.

According to the conclusion of Majilis Committee for International Affairs, Defense and Security, the urgency of introduction of the amendments and additions to some acts on counteraction to terrorism is caused by the necessity to concretize and to settle some aspects of this issue, taking into account the increasing danger of terrorism.

The bill introduces amendments and additions to the Criminal, the Civil Judicial Codes, the Code on Administrative Offences, and some other laws of Kazakhstan.
