In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of Kazakhstan "On the Parliament of Kazakhstan and status of its members.

Astana. September 19. Kazakhstan Today - Today Majilis at the plenary session unanimously voted for the premature termination of the authority of Amanzhan Ryskali, the deputy of the "Ak Jol" party.

"In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of Kazakhstan "On the Parliament of Kazakhstan and status of its members", Central Election Commission decides to establish that, in connection with an application that led to the premature termination of the authority of the deputy of Majilis of Parliament Ryskali Amanzhan," says the decision of the Central Election Commission, which was sounded by a CEC member Lyazzat Suleimen.

As previously reported, the plenum of "Ak Jol" party approved replacement of majilisman Amanzhan Ryskali by Talgat Ergaliev.

According to the press-service of "Ak Jol", the party received a statement from the deputy of Majilis A. Ryskali and after discussion, decided to transfer its mandate to Talgat Yergaliyev. "In his statement A. Ryskali indicates that this decision is based on the moral and ethical considerations and public outcry arose, but he remains a member of the party. A 45-year Talgat Ergaliev, who replaces him is a Secretary of the Central Council of "Ak Jol" party for regional policy, entrepreneur from Korgalzhyn district of Akmola region," the press-service informed.

According to the press service, "in a speech on the subject Azat Peruashev again called in assessing the situation with A. Ryskali not to base on rumors and someone's reasoning, but on official information. Additionally, pre-charging of a person in all possible violations some commentators clearly forgot not only about ethics, but the presumption of innocence."

Party chairman urged his colleagues not to make a sensation of the replacement. He reminded that while approving the list of deputies from the party after the elections on January 15 the central council recommended conducting periodical rotation among the "Ak Jol" representatives in the parliament.

"Having eight mandates, we have to give the opportunity to realize their views to more colleagues, in addition, such an approach would encourage existing members do not sit and actively use their authority," he stressed.

Summing up the discussion about the released deputy mandate, A. Peruashev recalled the situation of 2004-2005, when as a result of months of controversy over the only place in the parliament for the party, "Ak Jol" survived the crisis and split the organization.

"Let's at least have to learn from our mistakes and follow not our ambitions, but practical tasks given by the party voters," the chairman of the "Ak Jol" party called.
