"The seized arms are of serious threat to further stability. Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan is collecting weapons from the population and the OSCE is ready to give all the necessary support. The quantity of stolen weapons have been established, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan does not intend to inform of quantity and kinds of stolen weapons," Z. Karibzhanov informed.

He also noted that "violence level in the country has essentially grown and become the reason for concern." "Escalation of the situation in Dzhalal Abad, Osh, and Batken demonstrated this.
