Nazarbayev accepted credentials of Canadian, Bulgarian and Saudi Arabian Ambassadors

Astana. October 17. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev accepted credentials of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of Canada -Margaret Skok, Bulgaria - Nokoly Borisov and Saudi Arabia, the agency reports.

At the briefing after the meeting foreign diplomats noted high level of economic development of Kazakhstan. "Successful mutual relations between Canada and Kazakhstan has existed for a long time," M. Skok noted. "General interests in the economic sphere of economy, political and global safety issues has existed between our states," she added.

According to Kazakh Foreign Minister, volume of commodity turnover between Kazakhstan and Bulgaria for January - August 2006 has made $16.7 million, including export - $0.67 million, import - $16.03 million. According to N. Borisova, "Bulgaria is very interested in participation of Kazakhstan in civil-engineering design and operation of oil pipeline Burgas - Aleksandropolis."

"We hope, that our mutual relations in economic sphere will reach higher level," Saudi Arabian Ambassador said in his turn. The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia informed that during the talks with the President, N. Nazarbayev invited the Arabian businessmen to invest in the economy of Kazakhstan.
