Nazarbayev defined four groups for preparation for OSCE summit in Astana

The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has defined four working groups for preparation for the summit on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which will be held on December 1-2, 2010 in Astana. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Secretary of State, Kanat Saudabaev, informed during the first session of the working group for safety of the OSCE summit, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has defined four working groups for preparation for the summit on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which will be held on December 1-2, 2010 in Astana. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Secretary of State, Kanat Saudabaev, informed during the first session of the working group for safety of the OSCE summit, the agency reports.

"The head of state held, on August 16, a special meeting for preparation and carrying out of this largest international forum at high organizational and substantial level," K. Saudabaev informed.

"The leader of the state has defined four working groups for preparation for the summit: the first - on safety, the second - on preparation of the agenda of the summit, the third - for organizational and financial questions, the fourth - on information and propaganda.

The chief of protection service of the President of Kazakhstan, General Ayubaev, headed the working group that will maintain security of the summit. Its structure includes all key ministers.

"More than 5 thousand people, including heads of 56 member states and 12 OSCE partner states and heads of the main international organizations are expected to participate in the event.
