The program of the second day of the official visit of the President began by visiting the big mosque of Sultan Kabus. It is the second-largest on the Arabian Peninsula after Kaaba mosque. The same day the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan M. Tazhin and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sultanate of Oman Yusef bin Alawi bin Abdullah signed the Memorandum on exemption of holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements and with the Minister of Education of Sultanate of Oman Dr. Rawiyah binti Saud bin Ahmad Al-Busaidi - the Memorandum of cooperation in education and sciences.

The parties signed the Cooperation agreement between Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Kazakhstan and Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
