Nazarbayev signed amendments to Law on Commercial and Industrial Chambers

The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Commercial and Industrial Chambers directed at regulation of the work in foreign trade sphere, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. July 14. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed Law on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Commercial and Industrial Chambers directed at regulation of the work in foreign trade sphere, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

The text of the law has been published in press.

As informed earlier, the law was created in connection with necessity of limiting state regulation in the field of foreign trade. The necessity to restrict state regulation in this sphere is caused by the forthcoming introduction of Kazakhstan to World Trade Organization (WTO) and unification and harmonization of the current Law on Commercial and Industrial Chambers (CIC).

The purpose of the law is to pass the duty to issue certificates of origin of the goods from the authorized state structure to Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Kazakhstan.
