Nazarbayev supports increase of air communications between Kazakhstan and Latvia

The leader of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, supports increase of air communications between Kazakhstan and Latvia due to opening of flights from Astana. N. Nazarbayev informed at the press conference, following the results of negotiations with the leader of the Latvian Republic, Valdis Zatlers, the agency reports.

Astana. October 3. Kazakhstan Today - The leader of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, supports increase of air communications between Kazakhstan and Latvia due to opening of flights from Astana. N. Nazarbayev informed at the press conference, following the results of negotiations with the leader of the Latvian Republic, Valdis Zatlers, the agency reports.

"Today we agreed on more flights, probably, daily, not only to Almaty, but also to Astana," N. Nazarbayev said. He reminded that opening of direct flights Almaty - Riga took place in April of 2008.
