"OSCE continues to assist Kyrgyzstan to overcome the crisis. The OSCE reserve fund has allocated 200 thousand euro to maintain public order and safety, strengthening rule of law and democracy. Kazakhstan also renders the necessary humanitarian and economic help on the bilateral basis," K. Saudabaev informed.

He underlined that owing to joint efforts of the Presidents of Nursultan Nazarbayev, Barrack Obama, and Dmitry Medvedev it was possible not to admit escalation of violence and to prevent civil war. "As a result, today, the situation in Kyrgyzstan is stabilizing," he said.
