OSCE chairman to visit Kazakhstan - Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The chairman of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Alexander Stubb will pay official visit to Kazakhstan. "The OSCE chairman, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Alexander Stubb will pay official visit to Kazakhstan during the session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on July 1-2," Y. Ashikbayev said.

"During the planned meetings with the country leaders the parties will discuss urgent questions of the agenda of this organization and the issues of the forthcoming cooperation of Kazakhstan and Finland within the limits of the organization, including created quintet of chairmen for the current and forthcoming four years." "The OSCE chairman will take part in the session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly where he will make a report," he explained.

Y. Ashikbayev informed that "OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Knut Vollebekk will pay official visit to Kazakhstan during the 17th annual session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. "He will hold negotiations with the representatives of ministries and departments of our country concerning further development of cooperation of Kazakhstan and this OSCE body," the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan added.
