Parliament approved amendment to Law on Ministry of Internal Affairs Forces

Astana. June 22. Kazakhstan Today - At the plenary session of the Senate the deputies approved the law on introduction of amendments and additions to the Law on Internal Armies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the agency reports.

"The bill has been developed to improve the norms of the law and bringing them in conformity with the current legislation," vice Minister of Internal Affairs Alik Shpekbayev said presenting the document in the Majilis.

According to the norms of the adopted law by the Parliament, the government powers on formation of the Council of Internal armies have been transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan. The norms of the law granted the power to the commander of armies to nominate candidatures for the post of vice Minister of Internal Affairs.

The law has been forwarded to the President.
