Parliament passed amendments to Law on Chambers of Commerce and Industry

The deputies of Majilis of Parliament at the plenary session agreed with the amendments and the additions introduced by the Senate to the bill on amendments and additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the agency reports.

Astana. June 24. Kazakhstan Today - The deputies of Majilis of Parliament at the plenary session agreed with the amendments and the additions introduced by the Senate to the bill on amendments and additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the agency reports.

Thus, the document, according to the regulations, is considered to be accepted by the Parliament and will be forwarded to the head of the state to be signed into law.

According to the conclusion of Majilis Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development, the law has been developed to restrict state regulation of foreign trade. This has been caused by the forthcoming introduction of Kazakhstan into World Trade Organization and unification and harmonization of the current Law on Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The purpose of the law - to pass the function related to issuing of certificates of the origin of goods from the authorized state structure to the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
