Parliament passed amendments to legislation allowing veterans to privatise their apartments

The deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan at the plenary session today passed the law on the amendments and additions to the Law on Housing Relations, the agency reports.

Astana. April 29. Kazakhstan Today - The deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan at the plenary session today passed the law on the amendments and additions to the Law on Housing Relations, the agency reports.

According to the law, the war veterans and invalids of the Great Patriotic War will have the right to privatise their apartments.

In connection with the celebrations of the 65 anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, the amendments have been introduced to the law concerning granting to the war veterans and invalids of the Great Patriotic War of the right to unpaid privatization of the state property and the priority right to receiving an apartment from the state housing fund.
