PM charged Labor Ministry to work on support of socially vulnerable groups of population

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov charged the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Kazakhstan to work over the issue of support of socially vulnerable groups of population in connection with the reform in housing-and-municipal sphere, the agency reports.

Astana. September 25. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov charged the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Kazakhstan to work over the issue of support of socially vulnerable groups of population in connection with the reform in housing-and-municipal sphere, the agency reports.

"Assignment for Saparbayev: as we are now working over the questions connected with electric power industry, the present reform of housing and communal services, we need to think of a "pillow" for socially vulnerable categories of population so that this category of citizens, for whom the state is responsible, has not been harmed," K. Masimov said today at the government session.

Thus, the prime Minister emphasized that "if we do not establish order, we will never involve investments into housing and communal services, water supply, and power."

"The investor should be protected: if it renders a service it should be paid," K. Masimov considers.
