President of Kazakhstan considers necessary to send young vice ministers to work in regions

"Today, these children occupy high posts and do not know why they are there. Certainly, there are 15 - 20 % of young experts who occupy their places and others, who only care about what group or clan they belong to, desire to get even higher posts," N. Nazarbayev said.

"We need to send young experts, vice ministers, to work in the regions as akims of areas for 2 - 3 years and hire skilled people, who know life, those deputy akims of the areas, akims of the cities and areas, who have done a lot for people," he underlined.
