President signed amendments to legislation concerning obligatory and mutual insurance and taxation

The President of Kazakhstan signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning obligatory and mutual insurance and taxation, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. January 25. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning obligatory and mutual insurance and taxation, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

"The head of state signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning compulsory and mutual insurance and taxation directed at modernization of the mechanisms in the sphere of obligatory insurance, taking into account the existing and international practice."

The text of the law has been published in press.

The main objective of the changes of the bill is specification and regulation of some positions of the acts regulating compulsory kinds of insurance, further stimulation of development of mutual insurance societies, maintenance of legal security of property and social interests of consumers of insurance services, and modenization of tax administration.
