President signed Law on Amendments to Law on Private Business

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the Law on Introduction of Amendments to Law on Private Business, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. July 17. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the Law on Introduction of Amendments to Law on Private Business, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

"The head of the state signed Law of Kazakhstan on Amendments and Additions to the Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Private Business directed at undertaking of the additional measures promoting development of business and strengthening of interaction of business with the state and the society, including through regulation of carrying out of audits by the state structures," the press service informed.

According to the conclusion of Majilis Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development, the document has been created for further development of business and effective achievement of the objectives towards strengthening of cooperation of business with the state and the society.

The amendments, assuming improvement of cooperation of the state structures with accredited associations of subjects of private business within the advisory councils for development and preparation of the projects of normative legal acts, have been introduced during consideration of the law.
