Prime Minister assigned Economy Minister to review macroeconomic situation

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, at the board of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning today assigned the Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Bakhyt Sultanov, to review the macroeconomic situation in the country, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, at the board of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning today assigned the Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Bakhyt Sultanov, to review the macroeconomic situation in the country, the agency reports.

"Taking into account the changes in the exchange dollar rate against tenge that occurred yesterday by the decision of the National Bank and the government, we need to review the macroeconomic situation," the Prime Minister said.

"Macro-economic stability - is the issue number one that you need to keep in mind," K. Masimov emphasized.
