Prime Minister assigned to control retail prices for coal and mineral oil

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, assigned at the selector government meeting the chairman of Agency for Competition Protection, Mazhit Esenbaev, and akims of the regions to control the retail prices for coal and mineral oil, the agency reports.

Astana. September 28. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, assigned at the selector government meeting the chairman of Agency for Competition Protection, Mazhit Esenbaev, and akims of the regions to control the retail prices for coal and mineral oil, the agency reports.

"The Agency for Competition Protection along with akims of the regions will carry out constant control over the retail price of coal and mineral oil," K. Masimov said, having noted that the akims also need not to admit price collusion of fuel sellers.

The Prime Minister has assigned the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Samruk-Kazyna Fund, and JSC Kazakhstan temir zholy to take measures and to allocate a train for transportation of solid fuel and ship it to its consumers."
