Prime Minister charged Culture Minister to develop digital TV in Kazakhstan

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, assigned the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan along with the Agency for Information and Communications to make proposals on development of digital TV in Kazakhstan today at the expanded session of the board of Culture Ministry of Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, assigned the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan along with the Agency for Information and Communications to make proposals on development of digital TV in Kazakhstan today at the expanded session of the board of Culture Ministry of Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

"I, Muhtar Abrarovich, Minister of Culture and Information along with the Agency for Information and Communications assign you to make proposals in the near future regarding digital TV. Russia, China, and the European states have digital TV and we cannot fall behind in this aspect," K. Masimov said.
