Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, charged the new chairman of JSC Company National Company KazMunayGas, Kairgeldy Kabyldin, to complete negotiations on Kashagan deposit till October 25, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.

The Prime Minister charged the President of the National Company KazMunayGas to finish the process of purchase of 51 % of shares of JSC Company MangistauMunayGas, to reconsider the strategy and principles of further development of the company before acceptance of new Tax Code of Kazakhstan and to provide stability of prices for combustive-lubricating materials in the home market, the press service informs.

"We are the country with market economy and we should win the shares in the market by market principles to solve the issue of provision of combustive-lubricating materials on the territory of the country. It should allow us not only provide availability of combustive-lubricating materials, but also affordability of price policy," K. Masimov emphasized.

As it was informed earlier, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan presented the collective the new chairman of JSC Company KazMunayGas. K. Kabyldin has been appointed the chairman of the board of the company, who earlier held the post of vice chairman of the board of JSC Company Kazakhstan Holding on Management of State Assets Samruk.
