Prime Minister ordered to allocate from government reserve 1.250 billion KZT for development of infrastructure of industrial park in Astana

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, ordered to allocate from a government reserve 1.250 billion KZT for completion of construction of infrastructural objects of industrial park in Astana. The Prime Minister gave the assignment during the meeting concerning further development of the capital on Saturday, the agency reports.

Astana. July 14. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, ordered to allocate from a government reserve 1.250 billion KZT for completion of construction of infrastructural objects of industrial park in Astana. The Prime Minister gave the assignment during the meeting concerning further development of the capital on Saturday, the agency reports.

"We need to consider a possibility of allocation of money resources at the rate of 1.250 billion KZT and to provide 5 billion KZT in 2009 budget for continuation of construction of infrastructure of the industrial park," Astana akim said to the government members."

In this connection, the Prime Minister charged the Ministry of Finance to make at the nearest session of the government the proposal on allocation from the government reserve 1.250 billion KZT and to consider in the project of the budget of the next year money for development of infrastructure of the industrial park. "This question is under personal control of the leader of the state and we have no right to delay it," K. Masimov said.

The industrial park is located on the land area of 598 hectares. 30 investment projects with total volume of investments of $1.16 billion, including 4 important projects on manufacture of automobile tires, polycrystalline silicon, assembly of locomotives and cars are located on the territory of the industrial park.
