Prime Minister ordered to finish work on amendments to legislation concerning private business

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, ordered to finish the work on amendments to the legislation concerning private business, developed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, today at the round table for discussion of the bill on competition, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, ordered to finish the work on amendments to the legislation concerning private business, developed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, today at the round table for discussion of the bill on competition, the agency reports.

According to the Prime Minister, after 30-day's term this issue will be considered at the government session, during which final decision will be accepted.

The Prime Minister emphasized that "these decisions should be accepted along with those amendments offered in the Law on Commercial and Industrial Chamber.

According to V. Shkolnik, the bill on amendments and additions to the acts of Kazakhstan on private business has been developed within the limits of realization of the last year's Address of the President to the People of Kazakhstan.

"The proposed bill includes three basic innovations," the Minister informed. "For the first time the concept of social responsibility of business is being introduced, the process of audit of normative-legal acts by the accredited associations in the state bodies is being improved, creation and functioning of business-incubators and the centers of support of business have been simplified," he noted.
