Real GDP growth in Kazakhstan to be 6% in 2013

The main source of GDP growth will be the expansion of domestic demand, which will grow at an average rate of 6,5-6,8% per year.

Astana. August 28. Kazakhstan Today - According to the forecast, real GDP growth in Kazakhstan will be 6%in 2013, Kazakhstan Today reports.

"Real GDP growth in 2013 will be 6%, in 2014 - 6.1%, in 2015 - 7.6%, 2016 - 6.6% and in 2017 - 6.9%," Minister of Economic Development and Trade Ministry Bakytzhan Sagintayev said at a government meeting.

These parameters correspond to provide an average of 7% growth in the economy over the medium term.

"The main source of GDP growth will be the expansion of domestic demand, which will grow at an average rate of 6,5-6,8% per year," the Minister concluded.
