Session of Commission for elimination of administrative barriers and improvement of business-climate for small and medium business took place

The session of the Commission on elimination of administrative barriers and improvement of business-climate for small and medium business under the presidency of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, took place in the House of Government on Wednesday, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.

Kazakhstan Today - The session of the Commission on elimination of administrative barriers and improvement of business-climate for small and medium business under the presidency of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, took place in the House of Government on Wednesday, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.

According to the press service, the main purpose of the commission created at Kazakhstan government as an interdepartmental advisory body, is development by the state and business-community of the consolidated position and measures on decrease of administrative barriers impeding business development.

The Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan, Zagipa Baliyeva, presented the session participants a package of measures developed at proposals and recommendations of the enterprise associations and the international nongovernmental organizations on elimination of administrative barriers for registration of the enterprises and their property.

During the session the Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Bahyt Sultanov, made the report on the work on improvement of the legislation in the field of licensing.

The chairman of National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Atameken Union, Azat Peruashev, presented the commission members proposals on improvement of organization and carrying out of audit of subjects of private enterprises.

All the presented documents have been sent for completion and discussion. The Prime Minister charged members of the commission up to the middle of September of 2008 to create a package of proposals on introduction of the necessary amendments and changes to the normative-legal acts influencing development of business-activity in Kazakhstan.
