Session of Committee of CSTO Security Councils Secretaries to take place in Minsk
Almaty. June 2. Kazakhstan Today - The session of the Committee of Security Councils Secretaries of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will take place in Minsk on June 5th, the agency reports citing the press service of the CSTO Secretariat.
According to the press service, the project of the agenda includes about twenty questions.
The chairmen of Security Councils will discuss the tendencies of development of military-political situation in the zone of organization's responsibility of both adjoining regions and the measures of reaction to the arising challenges and threats of collective security and will sum up the results of the CSTO complex of operatively-preventive and special operations Channel, Illegal Migrant and PROXY.
According to the press service, at the plenary session chairmen of Security Councils will consider a package of standard legal acts on formation and development of CSTO Collective Rapid Response Forces. The decision on CRRF creation was accepted at the extraordinary session of Council of Collective Security of the organization on February, 4th, 2009.
