State visit of President of Kazakhstan to Romania began
Astana. November 23. Kazakhstan Today - The state visit of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to Romania began on Thursday, the president's administration press service informed the agency.
During the visit N. Nazarbayev will meet with the President of Romania Trayan Basesku and sign a number of bilateral documents. In particular, the parties plan to conclude agreements on international cargo and automobile transportations, cooperation in the sphere of education and the protocol on cooperation between administration of international seaport Aktau and Constance port.
The President of Kazakhstan will also meet the Prime Minister of Romania Kalin Popescu Tariceanu and the chairman of the Senate Nikolae Vacaroiu.
The leader of Kazakhstan will visit Christian University named after D. Kantemir. N. Nazarbayev's book In heart of Eurasia, translated into the Romanian language will be presented to the students and teachers of the University. In the second half of the day the President will take part in the ceremony of laying flowers to the monument of the Unknown Soldier.
