Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan on working trip in Kyzylorda oblast

Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, arrived in Kyzylorda oblast today, the agency reports referring to the press service of akim of the oblast.

Kyzylorda. July 23. Kazakhstan Today - Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, arrived in Kyzylorda oblast today, the agency reports referring to the press service of akim of the oblast.

According to the press service, after arrival at the airport Korkyt ata Vice Prime Minister together with akim of Kyzylorda oblast, Bolatbek Kuandykov, went to Syr Darya region.

U. Shukeev familiarized with the course of preparation for harvesting after visiting rice processing factory with capacity of 300 tons a day in Terenozek regional center. According to acting chairman of the regional Agricultural Department, Talgat Duysenov, only 45.7 % of crops of rice, the areas of which due to shortage of water have been reduced up to 61.6 thousand hectares, are in good condition. 51 % of crops is in adequate and 3.3 % - in bad condition.

After returning to Kyzylordy, Vice Prime Minister familiarized with the project of reconstruction of the airport Korkyt ata, realization of which will allow rendering services of international transportation of passengers and cargoes.

Two water projects - Strengthening of the bank of the river and reconstruction of protective dams of the city of Kyzylordy and preparation of the second phase of the project Regulation of the channel of the river of Syr Darya and preservation of the Northern Aral Sea took place on the dam on Syr Darya.

Vice Prime Minister visited construction of the new school for 1248 places in the new microdistrict Syr Darya.

U. Shukeev will also visit under reconstruction heating electro center of Kyzylordy.

The meeting with participation of Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan is planned in the evening in the regional akimat, the press service of akimat informs.
