Working trip of President to Northern Kazakhstan oblast came to an end
Astana. August 21. Kazakhstan Today - Working trip of the leader of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, to the Northern Kazakhstan oblast came to an end, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.
After visiting ZIKSTO factory the leader of the state took part in the opening ceremony of the complex Residence Abylay han.
N. Nazarbayev expressed opinion that the reconstructed complex will promote wider and profound study of history and culture of Kazakh people. Historical documents and exhibits of 18 century are in the reconstructed building. An integral part of the museum complex is the sculptural composition Abylay han on a horse. Total area of the complex is more than one hectare.
According to the press service, the leader of the state met the management of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast. The akim of the oblast, Serik Bilyalov, informed the President on the results of social and economic development of the region for 7 months.
The President set the objectives for the leadership of the oblast directed at restraint of inflation, development of small and medium business, and support of the socially unprotected layers of the population.
