Astana. July 1. Kazakhstan Today - The world financial crisis has been inevitable. The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, stated today during III Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, the agency reports.

"The world crisis has been, in many respects, inevitable. Economic development for the last decades and huge technological leap could not solve such eternal problems as poverty and hunger," N. Nazarbayev said.

"The attempts to improve life due to exaggerated systems of crediting of easy money have turned back today for hundreds thousand people as the tragedy." "Illusion of wealth without efforts appeared to be a deceit. And again, the mankind faces the problems it cannot solve yet," the President of Kazakhstan noted.

The head of the state considers that wealth is accumulated within a small part of the world. "The gap between the poor and the rich continues to grow, increases in a geometrical progression," he underlined.

"Today more than one billion people live on less than $1 a day. "In some countries the third part of all food products is discarded, while in other parts of the planet, the whole countries live under the threat of hunger," the President of Kazakhstan said.
