Air Astana to train its pilots in Ireland

The Irish Pilot Training College in Waterford signed the new contract for 12 million euro with the Kazakhstan airline Air Astana, the agency reports citing the newspaper The Irish Times.

Almaty. August 13. Kazakhstan Today - The Irish Pilot Training College in Waterford signed the new contract for 12 million euro with the Kazakhstan airline Air Astana, the agency reports citing the newspaper The Irish Times.

Pilot Training College started training Air Astana pilots last year and has already prepared eight pilots. The new contract assumes preparation 60 pilots annually. Annual total payment - 4 million euro.

Pilot Training College has schools both in Ireland and in Florida, where there are about 300 days a year of warm weather allowing carrying out training flights.
