Almaty akim visited Raimbek station of under construction subway
Almaty. July 29. Kazakhstan Today - Almaty akim, Ahmetzhan Esimov, visited Raimbek station of under construction subway, the agency reports referring to akim's press service.
After getting acquainted with plan of the stations of the subway, A. Esimov charged to complete the design of Abay station and to reconsider design of station Ala Tau, the press service informs.
"It is necessary to make the precise work schedule that will include all the stages and work according to this plan," A. Esimov said.
"Raimbek Station is included into the first line of underground, which will consist of seven stations: Raimbek, Zhibek zholy, Almaly, Abay, Baikonur, Tulpar, and Ala Tau, the press service informed.

Oil spill detected in Caspian Sea
According to space monitoring data, received from Sentinel-1A (02:43 UTC), an oil spill was detected on March 30 in the area of Kashagan field in the Caspian Sea. The spill area is about 7 square kilometers. The spill was drifting to the north of the Caspian Sea," the publication reads.
If these facts are confirmed by Atyrau region’s Ecology Department, unscheduled inspection will be conducted at the North Caspian Operating Company. The results will be reported additionally," the Ecology Committee says.
