Anti-recessionary council plans to prepare amendments to legislation

Anti-recessionary council plans to prepare by July, 1st amendments to the legislation, improving procedure of audit of small and medium business. Vice chairman of the anti-recessionary council at the government of Kazakhstan, Raiymbek Batalov, informed during National Business Forum today, the agency reports.

Almaty. May 25. Kazakhstan Today - Anti-recessionary council plans to prepare by July, 1st amendments to the legislation, improving procedure of audit of small and medium business. Vice chairman of the anti-recessionary council at the government of Kazakhstan, Raiymbek Batalov, informed during National Business Forum today, the agency reports.

"One of the main questions is improvement of procedure of audit of small and medium business... The decision was made to introduce amendments to the Law on Private Business." I consider this as one of the main victories," R. Batalov said.

"The amendments are being introduced to 67 laws and 8 codes, which regulate audits. If we finish the work and introduce the amendments by July, 1st, I can say that business-community will feel that the audits are simpler," he informed.
