Catarrhal diseases increased in Kazakhstan

"The cases of catarrhal diseases have increased by 1.5 times. In some regions (northern areas) there are no problems with medicine. But there are the regions with only three-week, fortnight and one-week stocks are available," Z. Doskaliev said.

"The decision signed by you, allows the regional health departments to directly buy medicine from suppliers. They can make a 30-day stock," he said, addressing the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov.

He also said, "deliveries of medicines to the regions will start from March, 1."
