Constitutional Council to consider conformity of norms of Constitution with Customs Union agreements

The Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan discussed on October 7, 2009 conformity of the norms of the Constitution with the Customs Union agreements, the agency reports citing the press service of Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan.

Almaty. October 8. Kazakhstan Today - The Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan discussed on October 7, 2009 conformity of the norms of the Constitution with the Customs Union agreements, the agency reports citing the press service of Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, the Constitutional Council will consider the inquiry of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, about the official interpretation of the norms of the article 4 of the Constitution regarding the legal status of the decisions of the international organizations and their bodies, made based on the norms of the international law recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, the agreements on creation of the Customs Union.
