Semipalatinsk. April 7. Kazakhstan Today - The Office of Public Prosecutor of the Eastern Kazakhstan oblast (region) (EKO) and the Eastern Kazakhstan branch of the national union of entrepreneurs and employers of Kazakhstan Atameken signed the agreement on mutual business cooperation, EKO public prosecutor Hakim Kushkaliyev informed the journalists on Thursday, the agency correspondent reports.
The agreement aims at development of interaction concerning legal protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activities. The primary goal of the agreement - joint development of the organizational and practical measures directed at revealing and suppression of the facts of violation of rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business by the state bodies of the oblast.
The Office of Public Prosecutor within the framework of the agreement is intended to conduct seminar-trainings, organize weekly reception of entrepreneurs by the first heads of the city and regional Offices of Public Prosecutor. Also operative consideration of businessmen applications for elimination of legal infringements will be organized.
In its turn the regional branch of Atameken union plans to introduce specific proposals on amendments and addition to the current legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurship to support the development of business and consideration of complaints on the facts of rights infringement of entrepreneurs.
One of the working group’s objectives headed by the public prosecutor of the oblast will be analysis of the documents of the state bodies of all levels contradicting the legislation on enterprise activity and amendments introduction on their cancellation or execution in conformity with the current legislation. The working group will study the data about illegal inspection received from businesses and illegal intervention of the state bodies and officials in their activity and other violations of entrepreneurs’ rights and interests. The working group is composed of the representatives of Office of Public Prosecutor bodies and businessmen.
The agreement is effective till January 1, 2008.
