Expenses of Ministry of Emergency for 2009 reduced

Expenses of the Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan have been reduced in 2009 in connection with the financial crisis. The Emergency Minister of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Bozhko, informed during the Internet conference, the agency reports.

Almaty. June 3. Kazakhstan Today - Expenses of the Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan have been reduced in 2009 in connection with the financial crisis. The Emergency Minister of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Bozhko, informed during the Internet conference, the agency reports.

According to V. Bozhko, "the expenses allocated for 2009 for the sum of 528.6 million KZT for creation of corporate information-communication emergency system and civil defense have been excluded. Expenses for carrying out of capital repairs of buildings and constructions of regional emergency departments, firemen and military units for the total sum of 474.5 million KZT have been excluded as well. According to the Minister, expenses of the Ministry of Emergency Measures intended for the program 'Construction of a network of short-term forecasting of earthquakes based on the micro seismic data of Prognoz complex' and some other projects have been reduced by 37.2 million KZT.
