Five space satellites to be launched in June

Baykonur. June 1. Kazakhstan Today - Five space satellites will be launched in June from cosmodrome Baykonur, Baykonur press service informed the agency.

Booster rocket Union launch is scheduled for June 15 with the space vehicle Resource-DK. Satellite Resource-DK created by Samara space center Progress is intended for remote sounding the Earth, photographing of objects with 1 meter resolution, the space center explained.

On June 18 booster rocket Proton-K with the first Kazakhstan telecommunication satellite KazSat will be launched. The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will observe the satellite launch.

On June 24 the booster rocket Union with cargo transport ship Progress U-57 «will be launched to space. Space Lorry will deliver fuel, food stuffs, water and the scientific equipment to the station.

June 28-29 the intercontinental ballistic missile Dnepr will launch Belorussian satellite Belka, intended for remote sounding of the Earth, satellites Baumanets, UniSat and CubSat to the space.
