From March, Kazakhstan citizens could flight to India more often

The Kazakhstan airlines plan to launch direct flights to Mumbai.
In Kazakhstan, the number of flights to India will be increased, they told at the Civil Aviation Committee.

As the Civil Aviation Committee notes, regular international flights to India have been run since 2004. The passenger flow between our states increases every year and has a great transit potential. So, in July last year regular flights from Astana and Deli were launched.

However, during the last years, the Kazakhstan airline has been encountered the restrictions of the Indian side when exploiting some types of aircrafts, that is, not all aircrafts could flight to Deli, despite being technically ready. And this led to the decrease of efficient exploitation of the existing aircrafts and delays in flights," they said at the Committee.

Following the work conducted by the Civil Aviation Committee with the Aviation Authorities of India, from March, 2018, the Kazakhstan airline was allowed to exploit all existing aircrafts between Kazakhstan and India, that will positively reflect in the regularity of flights, the increase of flight frequency, as well as in the further development of the air communication between the two states. The Kazakhstan airlines have plans to launch direct regular flights to Mumbai.
